Controls & Instrumentation (C&I) / Commissioning Engineer

Location: Singapore — on-site at client cleanroom facility (Level 4)
Duration: 12-month fixed-term engagement, extendable subject to project requirements
The C&I / Commissioning Engineer executes the on-site testing and commissioning of the FMCS, LSS and GMS under the direction of the Lead C&I Engineer — site acceptance testing, control-room support for loop and I/O checks, testing & commissioning, and punch-list close-out.

Key Requirements
- PLC/SCADA testing and commissioning
- Hands-on Siemens S7 and WinCC troubleshooting
- Instrumentation loop-check experience
- Siemens S7-400 / S7-400H and WinCC operation and troubleshooting
- Loop checking, 4–20 mA and signal verification
- Use of calibrators and diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with Modbus and PROFINET interfaces
- Reading loop diagrams, I/O schedules and control narratives
Required Tickets & Certifications
- Diploma or degree in electrical, control, instrumentation or a related engineering discipline
