Duration: 8-Month Initial Assignment (with scheduled 4-Month extension scope for ongoing phases)

We are seeking an elite Lead 3D Plant & BIM Drafting Specialist to spearhead the detailed design, interface coordination, and fabrication data pipeline for a critical world-scale energy and industrial infrastructure facility. Our team is mobilizing high-calibre drafting talent to drive millimetre-accurate multi-disciplinary spatial integration, deliver clash-free plant models, and bridge front-end engineering directly to shop fabrication and site erection. Key Requirements

Autodesk Revit 2024
Autodesk Navisworks Manage / Freedom
AutoCAD Plant 3D
AutoCAD
Piping specifications and ASME/BS/EN standards
Isometric extraction routines
Pipe support detailing
Multidisciplinary clash detection and resolution
Material Take-Off (MTO) and BOM auditing
Database management (line lists, valve schedules, tie-in registers)

Required Tickets & Certifications

Relevant technical qualification (Diploma, HND, Degree in Mechanical/Piping/Civil Engineering, or certified apprenticeship)
Proven background as a 3D Piping / Mechanical Drafter or BIM Modeler within heavy industrial, power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, or critical infrastructure EPC environments
