We are seeking an agile, senior-level BIM Modeller to support critical digital engineering delivery milestones on Singapore’s prestigious Land Transport Authority (LTA) Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) expansion packages. In this role, our team will rely on your technical precision to audit complex structural, civil, or MEP models, eliminate multidisciplinary clashes, and extract coordinated drawing packages within a high-rigor environment. This mission-critical remote assignment provides a high-visibility platform to showcase your expertise on landmark transit infrastructure while opening a direct gateway to our global project pipeline.

Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP)
Navisworks Manage
AutoCAD
Multidisciplinary Clash Detection & Spatial Coordination
LTA BIM / VDC Guidelines & Singapore Standards
LOD 300 to LOD 400 Model Progression & Auditing
Common Data Environments (ACC / BIM 360, ProjectWise)
2D Drawing & Schedule Extraction
IFC Schemas & Metadata Management

Required Tickets & Certifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or formal certification in Building Information Modelling (BIM) from a recognized institution.
Proven, demonstrable track record as a BIM Modeller on major civil infrastructure, underground works, or heavy rail projects.
Dedicated high-performance remote workstation or laptop capable of handling heavy transit BIM models, running licensed Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
Reliable high-speed broadband connection and a secure home office environment optimized for remote execution and video coordination meetings.
