Maintenance Manager - 50MW Biomass Power Plant

Duration: 3-Year Fixed-Term Contract

We are urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations at a state-of-the-art 50MW Biomass Power Plant in Vietnam. This critical leadership role involves overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety, leading a skilled team, implementing robust maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximize plant uptime and efficiency.

Key Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, including reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), root cause analysis (RCA), and condition-based monitoring (CBM).
Proficiency in using CMMS software.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
Ability to work effectively in an international environment and adapt to local cultural nuances.

Required Tickets & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within the power generation industry.
Proven, hands-on experience as a Maintenance Manager specifically within biomass power plants (50MW or similar capacity).
