Required Tickets & Certifications

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically within the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Data Centre sectors.
Strong understanding of technical disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering, as well as Site Management and Commissioning.
Demonstrated track record of successful placements in high-stakes, technical environments.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently on a freelance basis.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools.
