We are seeking an entrepreneurial, revenue-driven Business Development Manager to lead our commercial expansion across Singapore and the broader APAC mission-critical infrastructure sector. In this role, our team will look to you to take complete ownership of pipeline growth by positioning our advanced Commissioning as a Service (CaaS), multidisciplinary engineering, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) solutions directly to hyperscalers, asset owners, and Tier-1 EPCs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape flagship data centre, energy transition, and critical utility programs while driving multi-million-dollar deals backed by an elite technical delivery team.

Key Requirements

B2B business development and direct sales execution
Commercial negotiation and deal structuring
Bid management and RFP/RFQ proposal leadership
Pipeline management and revenue forecasting
Technical fluency in critical facilities, electrical/mechanical systems, and commissioning (Levels 1-5 / IST)
Stakeholder relationship management across Tier-1 EPCs and asset owners

Required Tickets & Certifications

Demonstrated track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing multi-tier B2B engineering, industrial services, technical testing, or critical-infrastructure contracts in Singapore and the wider APAC market
An established professional network of industry contacts across developers, asset owners, project management consultancies (PMCs), or Tier-1 EPCs in data centre, power/energy, or urban mobility sectors
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent commercial experience
Willingness to travel regionally across APAC as strategic engagements dictate
